Hello, I’m Lucy.

My yoga journey began in 2018 when I fell in love with the practice. Yoga supported me through chronic stomach issues and anxiety, and I quickly discovered its incredible mental and physical benefits. During recovery from wrist surgery, I realised just how much I missed the balance yoga brings to every part of my life—and that was the moment I knew I wanted to share it with others through Yoga Teacher Training.

​Alongside teaching yoga, I’m also a full-time Primary School Teacher. I know first-hand the challenges of busy, high-paced environments and the struggle to carve out time for yourself. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people with demanding jobs or experiencing burnout to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and rediscover balance through yoga.

My Vision
At Flow With Lucienne, my mission is to create a space, whether in your home, the park, or online, where you can step away from daily stresses, move with intention, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more energised. I teach Power Vinyasa yoga to all levels in a welcoming and inclusive environment, with a focus on building strength, improving mobility, and increasing flexibility—so you can feel good in both body and mind.
